Extremely easy to put together and install.. whisper quiet. Very lightweight and low profile if you have low ceilings.Can't think of anything negative to say about this fan and light combo.Love having the remote with the various settings and it puts out a lot of speed and wind on the higher setting.Great that you can also change the color temperature of the light from the remote.Highly recommend

I bought this item and, when it first arrived, it was defective (the three nooks where the blades are supposed to get screwed into were not threaded and therefore the screws would not catch or hold in place). I tried to call the customer service line (the instruction booklet said they operate on PT) but the answering machine said they were closed and business hours were actually EST. I had read a few bad reviews from previous buyers regarding the customer service, so I ended up going directly through Amazon (whom I trust). I filed for a return/refund and then simply purchased another fan (I had read such good reviews about this product and you can’t beat the price, so I decided to give it the benefit of the doubt and give it a second chance). The second fan arrived flawless and I was able to install it myself with minimal struggle (I am not a handy man by any means). The video tutorial was super helpful as is the instruction booklet. The end result looks really good on my lanai and my hope is that I will be happy with this product going forward.PS: Before you buy, triple check to see if there is an additional 10% off coupon via Amazon on the listing. I had missed that offer the first time I purchased it, but was able to save $8 on my second purchase when I noticed the coupon.

I purchased (2) of these 3-blade fans with light, and they look and work fine.I did a lot of research before purchasing these fans, and we're very glad we purchased from this company.The remote control is great.The fans are very, very nice.The fan speeds and light controls have more than sufficient gradiation, and they are easy to change.Mike in customer support is very responsive.We are very happy with these purchases!

I bought this fan and two other slightly different fans at the same time. I like this one the best. It is very nice looking and works well. Unlike the two other fans that I purchased, you can control the tone of the light from the remote control. The control also will dim the light and control fan speed. The fan is super quiet. No rattling. The two other fans I purchased you had to set the tone by a switch that is inside the globe so it can be done when you set the fan up (there are three options) but then it is not practical to change the tone whenever you want since you have to get on a ladder and remove the light cover. The remote does it all on this one.

Moving into my new place and seeing how my fan was noisy and rocking constantly as older technologies were, i needed a new fan and wanted to be quiet. After research and reviews, I decided to pounce on this. Followed the install directions to specs. Fan was flawless on lowest speed, slept well and a nice breeze to cool the room as the summer months approach. Flush mount is a plus as I did not want to hear any rocking or movement as well.

I replaced my old fan and I am so very happy with the appearance and operation of he new one. And I appreciate the remote as well. The appearance and color add to the ambiance of my lanai

The fan itself is easy to install. The blades are sturdy, the light is bright and its more than powerful enough to get the air moving.The only real con to this fan is that after about 6-7 months the light has started to randomly turn on/off or change tone on its own. I originally thought it was an issue with the remote, but I took the batteries out and it still did it. Its not a wiring issue either as I took the fan out and reinstalled it. It seems to be some type of internal issue.
