Great popcorn machine! Easy set up and use. Makes the best popcorn we have had. It is well built and easy to clean. Only issue was the lightbulb it came with burnt out after 2 uses. Replaced with a similar light bulb according to specs.

Was delivered 2 days sooner than expected. The box looked like it was in an auto accident but the packaging saved the popcorn maker with no damage at all. Easy to set up and get going in about 10 minutes once out of the box. First batch of popcorn was great. The price for this machine is exactly why I purchased it. We'll worth the money. The popcorn system warm even after about 30 after poping. Or kids loved watching it pop. I'll give it some time after use and update my review if needed but 1st day was great! Now to build a stand for it!

Easy to use. Rather simple to use. Components come apart rather easily to make clean up more enjoyable. If thats even possible to state. Love the kernal catching hiles on the base and the easy to pull out tray to dump the smaller pieces and unpopped kernals. Be sure to float the popped corn over this section to catch those hard kernals and help try to avoid a costly trip to a dental facility for tooth repair. Doors as simply removed by opening and lifting up. Be sure the glass is at least room temp before trying to wash down with steamy hot water. Door glass can easily shatter if brought in from delivery in Winter months and immediately washed under hot water. Customer service is timely and trouble free to get any issue(s) resolved or even give a tipnor two for sucess every time. I am using their pre packaged All-n-One Premium Tri-Pak. 8oz. Incudes Gourmet Popcorn, Coconut Oil and Butter flavored Salt. Take all of the worries out of how much of this or that. Simply warm up the oil then add in kernals and Salt portions. Sit back and enjoy the show and a tasty treat any hour of the day or nighy.

We bought this to replace our old cart popper. The 10oz size is perfect and addressed our biggest concern with the 8oz. Unpopped kernels. The 8oz kettle was far too small (Shallow). It would routinely allow for 1/4 to 1/3 of the kernels you put in to be thrown out by popping kernels. We would routinely run an almost full serving after 2 runs just to re-pop the kernels that had been ejected. The 10oz has a full inch deeper kettle. This extra depth means that only the popped kernels come out. The unpopped ones stay in the kettle until they are popped. I only gave it 4 stars due to construction deficiencies. When we unboxed the popper it came over all Chinese on us.. Meaning it needed adjustment in the doors, tray, top, pretty much everywhere. Don't take this the wrong way. It is constructed sturdily enough and we suspect it will last a good long time and the glass case and doors are a welcome upgrade from our old plastic ones.. But the fact that you have to perform quality control and adjust the fit and finish to finish the construction job means I take away a star. Other than that it's a fantastic little unit that does exactly what it's supposed to do.

When I first bought this machine, it was a dream. The popcorn came out light, crispy, and perfect — like having a movie theater in my kitchen. Then a few months later… chewy. Like eating Styrofoam with butter. Naturally, I did what any sane person would: went full popcorn scientist. I tried every oil known to mankind, every brand of kernels, and ratios that would make a mathematician cry. Nothing worked. After 18 months of frustration, I was ready to post it on Facebook Marketplace with the caption: “Free to a bad home.” Then fate intervened. At Lowe’s, I watched a lady with the same machine dump in oil, toss in kernels like confetti, and crank out the best popcorn I’ve ever tasted. I nearly wept in the lighting aisle. Back at home, the internet finally revealed the culprit: the kettle thermostats. Mine was running about 100°F too hot, turning kernels into chewy survivors of a heatwave. The manufacturer says it should swing only 40°F. So yeah… my machine was toast. The fix: either spend $40 on a sketchy thermostat from overseas, or just replace the entire kettle. Amazon had a “like new” bowl for $56, so I grabbed it. Slapped it in, flipped the switch, and boom — back in business. Now? Crispy, fluffy, glorious popcorn. No more chewy popcorn disasters.

Absolutely amazing easy to use just like a movie theater gets the house smelling like popcorn with the warmer keeps it fresh, the popcorn that comes out tastes better to me then the movie theater and just pop watch and dump to me it’s easy to clean as well great quality

Pros: It makes great popcorn and looks nice Cons: It came damaged and black plastic handle broke after about 4 uses. We bought this popcorn machine for my husband for his birthday. Upon opening it, we noticed right away that there was damage similar to what the other reviews from December 21, 2021 reported. We bought ours in the same time frame--so I find it interesting that they all have the same damage. That is not an accident. We also had the dent in the top and the metal inside the kernel drawer was bent so that the drawer would not close. We were able to slide a hammer inside the drawer slot and gently bang the bent metal into place so that we could close the drawer. The dent on the top is not noticeable after putting the machine on the stand we have for it--so it honestly was not worth the trouble of calling or complaining. We have used the popcorn machine a few times the past week and have been very satisfied with the quality and taste of the popcorn. All in all it was considered a big WIN. Until last night. We made a batch of popcorn and when we were cleaning up the machine, we noticed that the black plastic handle on the kettle was loose. Upon further inspection, we realized that the plastic is broken from the inside. My husband has super-glued it, but I am sure that it will not hold up to long usage. We paid good money for this, and it is very disappointing to have this many quality control issues with it.

Producto genial 😁 es exactamente lo que esperaba, como en la foto incluye todos los accesorios es muy fácil de usar, instrucciones en inglés pero se entiende, trae medidores para preparar las palomitas 🍿 me gusto mucho las palomitas saben como en el cine. ✨✨✨🤗 y es muy veloz y fácil de limpiar, muy amplia y puedes hacer muchas palomitas ✨🥰💖 Pdllego un poco golpeado de arriba pero no se ve por que es negro 🙂🙂🙂

Opera con normalidad, llegó un poco maltratado en la parte inferior pero no afecta el funcionamiento

Tiene una buena capacidad y hace las palomitas muy crujientes, trae un instructivo que no tiene las cantidades sugeridas para aceite y maíz, entonces las primeras veces es a prueba y error para que salgan bien, sin que se sientan aceitosas, recomiendo poner menor cantidad de la máxima de capacidad para que se aproveche bien el maíz. En las ranuras que sujetan los cristales se quedan muchas basuritas y es ya casi imposible de limpiar sin que se empiece a "despegar" el vidrio, deberían arreglar eso, además me he cortado ya varias veces con los bordes ya que están demasiado filosos y a la hora de limpiar es cuando cortan horriblemente. De ahí en fuera no tengo quejas.

Muy útil, sin embargo rápido ha comenzado a oxidarse, a pesar de que la cuido.

Lo adquiri para la fiesta de mi hija y es un excelente producto,llegó en buenas condiciones,antes de la entrega máxima sin complicaciones, exelente servicio de calidad,lo recomiendo mucho !
