Love my Motorola RAZR so much I bought my husband one. It works as well as mine that I bought new from Spectrum! No problem adding it to my plan. This phone is worth every penny. The size makes it easy to use either option open to full size or closed for quick texting or talking.I waited a month to review. So far even my hard to please husband enjoys his new toy.

It broke in one week I was on the phone then I closed it then opened it and it just broke the screen didn't have anything in it then the fold lines showed up then a blue line showed up I'm upset just want my money back and now I can't get that back what is taking so long it's been a month

Phones came on time (order 2 )had minor scratches (Good condition) but one of the phone is starting to act up it won't let me text r call (sometimes) I have to restart the phone then it starts to work so I have had both phones for about a week now and they both r acting up so my husband phone went out on him first so he ordered a replacement phone days after that my phone screen started turn black so I'm just going to asked for a refund I would not recommend this phone

Absolutely love the phone

Very difficult to set up. Size of the folded phone and screen are great. Trying to get Internet feed without Wi-Fi is next to impossible. Sound quality sucks. I have hearing aids and the phone is hit or miss on Bluetooth connection. I rate this 2 stars because I am still working on set up and I may have missed something, so some of the problem may be mine. Otherwise I would rate it 1 star.

Got it as a refurbished / used for $299. Love it! Zero problems. This is the 2023 model I got. Don't count on a water proof case though because of the folding.
