The charm is lovely however I was disappointed that the paperwork (certificate) that came with it was not written in English

Does not fit UK Pandora bracelets
This charm doesn’t seem to fit the UK type Pandora bracelet. I didn’t think there were different Pandora bracelets, but this charm will not fit on my girlfriend’s bracelet. The hole in the charm is too small. Tried every way I could to fit it in but didn’t want to force it.
