Use these versus cleaning the factory filter

Perfect fit. If yours has the cut outs like this one it will fit perfectly. Grabs way more dust than the stock foam one.

Flys are gone .

These are nice and would be a great idea if they weren’t so thick. I couldn’t get them to fit well and ended up breaking both of my grills on my air conditioners because of the thickness. They did filter better than the ones that come in the units new, but I went back to the originals. If the originals were good enough for the manufacturers then they must work good enough.

It turns out I have Dometic Penguin low-profile A/Cs in my motor home -- with roof covers that say **DuoTherm.** These filters did not fit as a consequence -- until I got the scissors out. They work now, and I'm glad to have them, but sheesh!
