Great book

This is a great book by a great author. The kindle version is missing all the appendices! Not sure this is an authorized version.

A must read book, delivery of items was also as expected.

The book was very helpful for me when I read it. It starts with a lot of questions and slowly builds up on the answers. I would recommend it to everyone who is interested.
