Great choice of flavour for easy and convenient to use dissolve well and these add a flavour to my protein drinks and mixes .. I really struggle with iron supplements setting off reflux vomiting. Im hoping these will be gentlier and therefore a solution to that. Hopefully less filler stuff as well. So far so good but early days- (early days is normally all it takes though) I will update if there are issues.

For an iron supplement it's not bad, if you can get over the iron taste! It's excellent for the vamps. For me not sure much. If I'm feeling low in iron I'll maybe shot it with a whiskey chaser

As someone who has had to supplement iron for years I've tried a huge range of different supplements. Cherry is usually my favourite flavour and these contain a good amount of iron so I was excited to try them but i was really disappointed. The flavour is very difficult to describe but I really dislike it. Smells like a cherry flavour fizzy pop but tastes awful. An overpowering artificial taste that stays with you for ages. I really struggle to get them down.
