Edit to update:-The seller reached out to me unprompted after I left my original review and gave me a full refund - I have changed my rating from 1 star to 3 stars to reflect this excellent customer service and after sales care - I would be happy to try a different ESR product in the future knowing I’m not throwing my money awayI will leave my original review unedited below - but do consider that if your ESR product isn’t up to scratch, they will be happy to refund.One of the worst build quality items I’ve ever owned - I don’t usually buy crap or call things crap in reviews but this is definitely crapBarely 3 weeks old before the plastic oval that surrounds the hole around the buckle stared cracking, next again week it started breaking and next again week the loop simply slides off from the round buckle because the plastic has completely disintegratedAnd the buckle itself has unscrewed itself 3 times, luckily I’ve been able to find the tiny little piece that it is - for all the difference it makes when the loop slides out from under it anywayAbsolute crap

Good quality material and holds on the my phone very well

Bought this to use on my IPhone,To be honest, it’s a bit pointless, the magnets aren’t strong so it falls off when you pull my phone out of a jeans pocket and I usually use Apple Pay which doesn’t need a separate card and Notes don’t fit into it, makes wireless charging impossible too.Bad idea.

I like the strong magnetic attachment to the phone and the ease of removing the cards. The finger strap broke after 8 weeks but the company were very quick to replace the item even though it was outside the return period. Excellent customer service from a real person. Recommended.

After 10 days it has fallen off without me noticing and I lost my credit and debit card as well as my driving license. Not impressed.

Strong reliable magnet, but the cards are a little hard to remove and you need at least three in there if you dont want them to just slide out on their own, which means it adds quite a bit of weight to your phone.
