Great for the intended purpose.

I have bought this multiple times and will always return to it. It provides plenty of substrate at a great price! I mix mine with top soil and sand which helps hold moisture for fossorial tarantulas and when dried out provides some stability for loose soil.

This is great value and is just as expected from exo terra, light and airy with no hidden surprises! Tarantulas seem to like it but they can't talk........... so not too sure.

Great stuff but takes about 24hrs to fully soak into the blocks

Great for hamsters. Easy enough to add water too and then allow it to dry out.

This plantation soil substrate is suitable for creating a natural-looking habitat and holds moisture reasonably well. It works fine for planting and helps maintain humidity in terrariums. However, it can be quite dusty and messy when first opened and needs some preparation before use. While it does the job, there are other substrates that feel easier to handle. Overall, acceptable, but with a few drawbacks.

Works great! Just follow the instructions. I was very surprised by the lovely aroma.

I got 2 of the 3x 8 quarts. Theres a lot more than I thought there'd be once hydrated. Give me 3-4 inches in my partner's 76 gallon snake tank. The snake loves it too. Good size for price. It doesn't smell like anything other than dirt ans is great quality soil. Easy to rehydrate but takes some elbow grease bc it doesn't just melt into the water, tou do have to use your hands to break it apart.

Non avendo mai avuto esperienze con tartarughe o testuggini inizialmente per la mia usavo il classico terriccio, leggendo vari forum ho voluto provare la fibra di cocco. Oggi l'ho utilizzata per la prima volta nel terrario fai da me, della mia TartOscar, che ha queste dimensioni lunghezza 57 larghezza 40 altezza 25 di cui quasi 6 cm sono di substrato di fibra di cocco leggermente pressato con le mani. Pensavo non bastasse e ho fatto "sciogliere" 2 panetti ma con 1 ho ottenuto questo risultato che credo sia soddisfacente. Vedrò nei prossimi giorni la durata dell'umidità che spero mantenga.
