These get the job done. No scratching or stuck leftover bits on my nice nonstick pans. Only complaint is that my hands cramp up after using them for a while. I think if they were thicker in the middle they'd be more ergonomic. But they do what they say they do!

I should have read the description more carefully: 2.36 x 2.36 inches. This is too small for my purposes. The photos seem to be a bit misleading - making the product appear larger than it actually is. The shape is good, but I wish it was more like 5 x 7 inches. The material is stiff with good edges so it definitely could be a good scraper if it were larger.

The first use I found for these was scraping the starchy scum from a pan in which oatmeal had been cooked. It worked great! Of course, you can use a cloth or a sponge to achieve the same result, but then you have to rinse the scum out of your cloth or sponge, whereas a quick swish in the dishwater is all it takes to remove the scum from the little plastic gizmo. These little scrapers also work well to remove crusty baked-on spots in frypans and skillets without scratching. Before, I would use a flexible spatula, so as not to scratch a non-stick pan, or even a stainless steel one, but those are always too flexible to really do a good job, whereas these little scrapers are not flexible and can scrape well without scratching. Another good use is for scraping out the residue in baking pans after removing the cake or quick bread from them, the alternative being to soak the pans first and use a cloth or sponge, giving you the same result as with the oatmeal pan: a messy cloth or sponge. I got the set of 5, though I’ll bet that just one would suffice for some years’ worth of scraping, since they are sturdy little things. The color is not quite the orange it looks on my monitor, but a less bright shade, maybe with a hint of a rusty color added to the orange.

Most every pan I own is cast iron in various shapes and sizes. It’s my favorite, but it’s also hard to clean. I love to have pan scrapers around but I end up not being able to find them when I need them most. Having a set of such a large quantity is amazing! It’s super convenient and I’ve found several other uses around the kitchen for these! The positives about this product for me are the quantity, the sturdiness, the effectiveness, and how easy they are to wash.They are nice to have around and I’ve been using them nearly every day. They’re great for scraping the burnt or dried food off cast iron and getting all the crumbs. I’ve also used this on a glass baking dish when all else failed. They worked surprisingly well! These are quality and have a very good edge to them. I’d highly recommend these, especially to fellow cast iron fans!

These scrapers are gentle enough to use on plates, cups, and glasses, and still strong enough to scrape pots and pans.They just rinse clean. They don't scratch anything I've used them on.I've given them as gifts to family and friends. Not for holiday or birthday gifts, just as everyday gifts.No one has ever complained about having them either.
