Google Pixel 7a 5G, US Version, 128GB, Charcoal - Unlocked (Renewed)

Top notch. I asked the seller beforehand if the phone was OEM Unlocked and they said it was. This was confirmed when I received the phone and saw for myself, it was exactly as they said it would be. Carrier unlocked and OEM unlocked. Phone is in great condition just as description had it. Lightly worn scratches on the back of it, nothing deep or anything I would actually consider real damage. Operates perfectly, no damage or burn in on the screen.

Device is locked despite saying it was unlocked in the description. Also doesn't state anywhere in the description that this was a Verizon phone, just a US unlocked phone. Tried a physical sim and two different carrier eSims to test it out (using both IMEI numbers) and I kept getting the same "device is locked" message. Contacted seller and they said to process a refund and that they can't send me a replacement (they still have it on Amazon for sale in the same condition I bought it from the same vendor so that's not true...). They didn't offer any help to fix the issue other than a refund so I would avoid Wcell US as a seller. Maybe try one of the other many sellers for this product for better luck.

Didn't charge with cheap gas station charger, then I tried my Samsung charger and it charged and worked flawlessly. Great renewed phone.

Received yesterday.. Phone looks great and appears to operate well for now...but battery shows 736 cycles and 7a has rec replacement at 800. For a 2 yr old phone, it shouldn't have been that high and def not adv and priced as "Excellent", since the cost to replace around $140..

Always leery buying a refurbished phone but this one is great. I love the size and its was quick to set-up. Compatible very durable and great battery life.

Completely useless because not unlocked. Clearly not tested. This is in obvious violation of the rules and makes the Renewed by Amazon certification absolutely suspect. The seller claims that instead of testing they simply use a shady third party company to check the imei against their database. Which is clearly worthless. That's no substitute for testing. Out of a good gift and burned someone instead of pleasing them. Never, ever again trusting Renewed by Amazon. The program is deeply flawed and testing does not occur. These shady companies could have simply used any sim card to test, but did not. Terrible experience all around, phone does not work on any carrier.

Phone is in pristine condition with no issues whatsoever. Exactly as advertised.

Bought this for my partner and so far it's worked great, however it's not unlocked. I wish I could send it back but as far as I'm aware I can't and I have to get my partner another phone, so now we have a phone we can't add to any phone plan because it's not unlocked and seeing half of other people have had this issue maybe don't buy this because it's a literal gamble.
