Comes with everything you need to use it immediately. Super easy to mount up, rock solid, fits perfectly, and designed specificallyfor the 509T. I have ran about 3500 rounds through my G34 Gen 5 MOS with this plate and it has held zero and functioned perfectly.

This is the only adapter my range says to get for Glock. It's on my everyday carry pistol. No issues yet and it has been months.

I first tried the HE509 optic on my M&P 10MM but with the S&W plate and the plate that came with the optic, it was too tall even for the tallest suppressor sites. Co- Witness was not possible. I recently tried it with this plate which attached directly to the glock. Perfect fit and perfect height for co-witness of the suppressor site. This plate is a must!

I but their plates for all my firearms and optics. I wouldn’t trust anything else. Sits firm, so adjustments aren’t needed all the time, especially when you really need it. Worth the price for sure. Just make sure to read and verify that it’s the style you need, they have a lot of options

Fits perfectly, even comes with correctly sized & spec'd screws with thread locker pre-applied. Absolutely rock solid, no wiggle after 200 rounds at the range. I'm not anticipating have any issues down the road with this adapter plate.

I ordered this as a cheaper alternative to lowering my RDS to be able to cowitness my suppressor height sights. Excited to achieve this goal, I took my Glock RMR plate off and tried to install the new plate. Come to find out it's not the right cut for the mil. Does not fit over stabilizing posts. Will never buy again due to their false advertising.

I was unhappy with other options and was looking at extra thick aluminum rising my sight from my muzzle axxes Titanium construction allows for a thinner plate with stronger threads for a more reliable attachment of my optic. treads are astronomically less likely to strip as they would on aluminum mounts.
