Equal is the best artificial sweetener. When I became a diabetic type 2, it was recommended at our diabetes class. I love it in my coffee and cereals. There is no aftertaste. Much cheaper to buy in quantity. And the single servings are great to carry in my purse. Some restaurants only have the pink stuff. Yuck!!

It's a good sweetener & keeps my SIBO from turning my days/nights upside down! I'm a scientist & Iread it's shown to impact cognition ... so PLEASE don't consume >100 packets a day! ;-)

The first box I opened contained many sealed empty packets; and those that did contain sweetener didn't seem to have enough, based on how my coffee tasted. The price on these were great, but I wonder how much Equal you're actually getting.
