Best way to roast chicken
Such a simple device but makes a bit difference. 360 degrees of nicely crisp skin. I use this every time I roast chicken and it never fails me (hint- roast the chicken with head facing down). Cleaning is ok...just soak and the next morning a light brush cleans off anything left. Highly recommend this.

Not the best.
Came with some sort of black coating on it which gradually started to come off.Wouldn't buy another and have recycled this one.

This came with no instructions at all. So no idea of any cooking times.
