Effective and gentle
Removes eye makeup completely. It’s very effective on waterproof mascara and eye liner. No tugging or having to wipe hard. It’s gentle and doesn’t leave skin dry. I will buy it again.

This is a nice make up remover for all makeup types. I enjoy that it is not too oily feeling on my skin. It also was easy at removing my mascara.

This makeup remover is excellent takes makeup off super easily and does not leave your skin feeling greasy oily or tacky at all just really clean and feels like it pulls all of the makeup out of your pores I swear it’s making my skin look better by the day I’ve already ordered another bottle to make sure I have it on deck and don’t run out. Try it I bet you like it!!🙂great value as well I find all of this brands products that I have tried so far to be really good quality and amazingly reasonable

Non greasy and gentle with waterproof eye makeup removal.
I am now addicted to this makeup remover. It’s great at getting makeup off your skin, but I especially like how gentle it is at taking waterproof eye makeup off without a greasy residue. This is the only makeup remover I use now.

Excellent moisturizing makeup remover, gentle on the skin
I loved this e.l.f. makeup remover because it removes makeup easily without drying out my skin. It has a light, refreshing texture and leaves my skin clean and hydrated. It doesn't irritate my eyes or face, even if I have sensitive skin. Plus, a little goes a long way and it's great value for money. I would definitely buy it again and recommend it for daily use.
