Throw a few scoops in the blender with a banana and some milk and you got a great morning milkshake. Tastes just like real strawberries.

Taste is pretty good. I mixed with Oat milk and it was way too thick of a shake. Mixing with water didn't taste as good but was slightly less thick which made drinking easier. Could do without the cereal bits in my opinion.

This is the second flavor I've bought of CTRL, The first, being strawberries and cream and it was delicious. This however, was not it's terrible which was surprising because I usually love banana and banana flavored things but the aftertaste is nearly unbearably bad here, even worse it gives your throat This horrible scratchy sensation, almost like you have a sore throat. Would not recommend in the slightest

Tastes great. Cereal pieces in the powder. I use over 14 oz with 2 scoops to help the thickness

No chalky but the smell is very overpowering and doesn’t make for a good experience while drinking. Strawberry is the best flavor.

I think the Cinnamon Toast flavor is pretty good, I usually drink half a serving (single scoop) with 10 fl oz vanilla almond milk and it keeps me satisfied. No overwhelming protein flavor, and because I use half a serving, it's never too thick or anything. It may be thicker with a full serving of two scoops.My only complaint is the "real cereal pieces" claim on it. I was expecting actual generic brand cinnamon toast crunch pieces, but it's really only been weird sprinkle-like chunks of cinnamon flavored (and as another reviewer pointed out, the pieces taste kind of like chocolate too for some reason?) Not enough of a problem to knock a star off of a product I otherwise like, but if you're expecting actual cereal included in the Cinnamon Toast flavor it's not there.

This is my 2nd to last V2 CTRL I've tried, and yet another disappointment. The strawberry bits are way too big and are a huge turn off when trying to "drink" this. The same can be said for Fruity Flakes, Cinnamon Toast, and Apple Jacks ones. I have cookies and cream on the way, and Cocoa Crunch so far has been the only v2 formula that is good.The taste for this one in particular also isn't too great, it is VERY much an artificial strawberry and has a horrid aftertaste.Wish they would bring back Peanut Butter Crunch V1 formula here again, it is by far superior to all these chunky v2 formulas.Finally, CTRL, if you're reading this, please keep in mind "if it ain't broke, don't fix it!". V2 CTRL are not good.
