After owning this for a little over 3 months, I just learned that the brightness can be adjusted in addition to the 3 different light modes. Tap once to change the light mode (color temperature) or tap and hold to increase brightness. To decrease just tap and hold again, holding too long will turn the light back off. I don’t recommend reading in the dark, but if you do this is a great light for it! It gets pretty bright and could be used as a night light or an emergency light during an outage. Naturally it doesn’t last as long the brighter it is, but the battery life will surprise you as well. I love this little light so much, that I’m going to purchase it in another color for myself and a few for friends.

Cool little light. I wish I would have known you need an ancient USB plug to charge this thing. It uses USB a or whatever it's called. Could have thrown one in since probably noone has one just laying around.

The "enclize Book Light" surpassed all my expectations! I am extremely happy with my purchase. First it came pre-charged so I got to try it right out the box! It's rechargeable but I can't speak to how long it holds a charge. I've used it every night for almost a week & doesn't need a charge yet. It has a touch for on/change color/off feature. A touch & hold dim/brighten feature. It has 3 different light shades from yellow to yellow/white to white. Tap & hold, the light gets brighter or dimmer. If that isn't enough, the neck is very flexible with a ring shaped light at the top. This clip on book light is everything & more someone could expect or want from a reading light. I don't have to wake my husband when I want to have a late night reading session, or just can't sleep because the book I started is too good to put down for 8 hours lol! The price is perfect unlike other sellers who I've seen selling the exact same product at a 10-20% mark-up. You won't regret this one. I am actually going to buy a backup for the inevitable. WARNING, INCOMING TANGENT (lol) Let's face it, nothing lasts forever and people often expect something for nothing or have unrealistic expectations that items sold at bargain basement prices should have a lifetime guarantee! Ridiculous IMO, If this lasts an entire year, I got my money's worth & more. BTW, I wouldn't be surprised if this lasts longer than expected. The quality doesn't seem to be lacking at all. I try to have realistic expectations for online purchases. Many of these items bought online are not usually this good, some absolutely are & expectations should be placed accordingly. I get frustrated reading terrible reviews from people buying discount items only to rate them negatively after they break after 18+ months of use! (with no previous problems!) Seems a bit sus to me, like they might be trying to get a replacement for free in hopes the review might be removed as to not hurt the seller. Some of the sellers are not millionaires with big businesses or bak accounts. They may be regular people like you or me. Please don't take all the negative reviews at face value nor the positive reviews. A bit of discretion & common sense need be applied here in the land of Amazon product reviews. TANGENT OVER. Whew! Light is as described, charges with a cord that is provided. Small in size for storing and the light is very flexible. There are 3 different light colors, white, yellow, and blue which is also very nice for brightness. Turns on and off by touch. All in all a great buy, in my opinion.

This reading light is amazing! Love this thing. Can’t recommend it enough. I love that you can charge it and it’s ready to go again. Light weight enough that it doesn’t mess with the book I’m reading.
