When I started researching these I didn’t realize how many options there are out there! This one perfectly met our needs. We have various size sliders and it works for all of them with a quick and super simple adjustment. They’re very fast to install and give you that extra security comfort when they’re in place. I love that they come in black so they blend in with our slider base and you can’t even tell they’re there. Great quality and value!

Very strong, once adjusted properly it is very easy to use and remove as needed. The metal is strong and thick enough to withstand force. Flat black in color. Once the door is closed and this is inserted, it will not give. Overall length is fully adjustable, its just a matter of getting your bar set up the first time, then a breeze from there!

I was worried it would not be good, but this exceded my expectations. Easy to install and measure to your needs. Strong and durable. A good investment for your money and for your safety. Varied adjustment positions, great design. Stays in place, works wonderfully and it's thick enough to provide that extra security.

Works, but could be better. I gave this 4 stars because it dose work with some adjustments and will rub black rubber off when sliding into position. Best at top of sliding door so children cannot reach. I do like that I can use this as a safety lock for my 3 year old as she can open our door without this. I did have some trouble figuring out assembly just right, but worth the purchase.

I bought for security for my glass sliding door. After 2 weeks, the lock latch on the door broke, no way to prevent an intruder. Now I use this bar to secure the door until I can find a lock that will fit the glass sliding door. So far I have been unsuccessful, but I am not stressed out as this bar has been working great so far. This bar comes with an additional bar to expand if needed. To connect the bars, a simple twist connects the 2 pieces together. I did not need the expanded bar attachment. The rubber ends protect from scratching the frame. One end adjust to secure in place and removal. The bar is strong, doesn't bend, and has held up with daily use as I force in place. I use it without the drill in frame attachment. Overall, I am very pleased with this product and thankful it works securing my glass slidding door from opening.

Does exactly what I needed it for.

Great find. Very strong but not heavy to carry or to place with one hand. Easy to install and great that has different sizes to fit to the space needed. Has plastic cups at the end to help with smooth insert and not scratch the surface of the door. Great for securing the sliding door. Good price too.

It's a great product, but it doesn't work with my patio doors with the way they were installed.
