Build Quality These are very well made pots and pans. The 5 ply layering is well done and a high quality construction yet it does make for a heavy hefty pot. The pots are polished well and look great. I am impressed with the weight of both the pot and the handles. The heft is indicative of a quality product. Chemical Free The stainless is a safe cooking option and the non stick is made from ceramic and free of ptfe. Use While hefty they are balanced well and easy to manage. The handles are large with a comfortable grip that stays cool. The rounded rims on the pots are smooth allow pouring without dripping. The lids fit securely with no gaps. The pans heat evenly and there are no hot spots. Nonstick Performance The 10" nonstick pan works very well for eggs and everything we've tried on it. It releases food easily. Cleanup The stainless pans clean up well - the even heating prevents major burnt on messes. A brief soak and quick scrub with a brush is usually all that is needed. The ceramic non-stick pan wipes clean with just a rinse usually. Final thoughts This is a great cookware set I highly recommend. The pots and pans all are very well made and cook REALLY well.

I’ve used plenty of pots and pan that feel off-balance or awkward, especially when they’re hot and loaded with food. I don't even keep those. This set, I'm keeping. Overall, this set is excellent. If you're just setting up a kitchen, or upgrading, there are very few meals that I cannot make using set. The key thing for me is that there are no filler pieces in this. Every piece is useful and a kitchen staple. Here're some comments on the pieces. ➡️ THE TWO SKILLETS: ONE NON-STICK AND ONE FOR HIGH HEAT What really makes these skillets stand out is how each of these feel in the hand. The weight is substantial enough to feel stable, but not so heavy that it’s tiring to use. Each handle is thick enough to feel secure, has a slight taper and a flat underside that gives you a secure grip, whether you’re flipping eggs or pouring off sauce. ✅ The handles have that Goldilocks handle angle, not too upright, not too shallow, so it doesn’t fight you when you’re moving the pan around. ✅ The handles really do stay cooler than most. They don't stay cold, but they definitely cool off fast. Performance-wise, both are excellent. The Ceramic Non-Stick Skillet, cleans up is quick because food doesn't stick. The High Heat skillet is great for finishing proteins or veggies under the broiler. ➡️ SAUCEPAN AND STOCKPOT The saucepan and stockpot are both thick and even. The saucepan has the same excellent handle as the skillets. ✅ The heat retention of the saucepan is excellent and I can make butter based sauces without them breaking, even though I have a gas range without precise temp control. ✅ The stock pot is great for batch prepping pasta sauces and hearty soups. It's deep enough to hold everything, and the lid lets me keep it low and slow on the gas until it all melts into a hearty and healthy ready to go. Overall, this is an excellent well made set. If you keep your pots and skillet for a long time, this set is an worthwhile investment.
