Seems to work well but not always easy to understand the reports. Main thing is that it protects my files and it seems to do that, so happy with my purchase and would recommend.

Having used Bullguard for a few years now, I always check for a good deal on Amazon. Successful once again, ie quality product delivered promptly at a competitive price.

Bought this as my bull guard was running out. Tried to install it today but the key doesn't work. My return date has passed so I've basically been robbed.

Sorry to only give this 3 stars though another part of me feels that 2 stars might be more appropriate given what I have just gone through to get this installed. I started just after 6am this morning it is now just after 11am and it is finally installed. I have installed anti virus applications before though I would not claim to be a technical person. 2 and a half hours in I gave permission for remote control access though I had been talking on line to their support person since just after 6am and following their suggestions. I had uninstalled my previous provider along with this just after 6am. I am not sure what the problem was or has been. Whilst one of your reviews is someone saying it only took them 15 minutes to install I should mention that it took Bullguard's technician half an hour!

Went onto my PC without a problem, but struggled on my daughters, but the online help was excellent, sorted out in no time even at 9pm in the evening. Excellent customer service.
