Can you plug US lamps into these?

You can plug a US lamp with the typical two or three prongs into this adapter - BUT, and this is a great big BUT - this TYPE C adapter works in countries* with Type C or Type F outlets with electrical output of 220-240 volts. Will I be able to plug my iphone, iwatch etc directly into this?

This plug is a transformer from 220V AC to 5V DC and a conversion connectivity from EU to NA format. It comes with 2 types of output. 3 USB A/B and one USB C or PD. Each USB A/B has up to 2.4 A current so all devices that require only this level of current are good! The USB C (PD) output has up to 3.1 A! I charge my iPhone 12 on one plug and my wife a chrome laptop in another ! So if you don’t care about charging speed one plug is good enough for 4 devices. If you have USB C (PD) needs buy one for each device. You can plug in any devices that have their own power input 110/220V AC so it solves in one package a lot of power needs! I am traveling to germany, will this work with my iphone 7s and my apple watch 7, and my chrome computer?

If your question is will the plug adapter fit into German electrical outlets, then yes, the adapter will work with your iPhone 7s, Apple watch and Chrome computer charging cables. If your question is whether or not the travel plug adapter will allow you to charge your electronic equipment without a voltage converter, then my answer is a qualified yes. Apple iPhones will charge safely using either the US 110 volt outlets or the German 230 volt outlets. I have used these plug adapters in Netherlands, Germany and Croatia with iPhones, iPads, old Windows phones and older Samsung Android phones without any issues. As for your Apple watch which I do not own, I would think the travel plug adapter will allow you to charge Apple watches as well. Look on the back of your watch to see if it indicates 110v-240v as acceptable. Same for your Chromebook/Chrome laptop. I strongly suspect it accepts both 110v -240v current, but check the info on the bottom of your Chrome equipment (or better yet, check your user manuals) to see if the watch and Chromebook will accept both the 110v and 240v currents.
