Worse blank I have ever used
This will be the first bad review I’ve ever wrote because I know you get what u pay for. All my knives have been made out of 1095 so I know this metal isn’t 1095 and 15n20. I lightly hit this billet against one of my hardened 1095 knife to see if it was hard and not even close. Then I used a drill bit to make the holes bigger and it was like drilling through butter. At this point I’m 100 percent sure this isn’t hardened metal. Then I grind the tang to make the epoxy stick better for the handles scales and away goes the Damascus. True Damascus doesn’t go away like that this was etched on. Again fine for the price but don’t say it’s 1095/15n20 because that’s a lie. This billet would only be good for looks because if used the Damascus print and edge will be gone first time being used. I finish the knife and looks good for setting on a shelf but that’s it’s

Amazing
The media could not be loaded. This blade is awesome. Very sharp. Excellent value. Very strong blade and material. Sharp enough to shave my arm hair. Real Damascus not printed. Thick blade. Perfect for what I needed for a Father's Day gift.

Damascus Blade is soft
I will see when I’m finished. I have two I want to put the handles on and stuff. I will see how real soft they are, but they look nice.

Great blade
I’m relatively new at making knives but so far I like the looks and I have had fun making this knife.
