Q: Will this fit a pacfic deluxe pro press

I can't speak to fitting the Pacific press but I can say they work perfect in my 2 different RCBS models. I like the pick up tips better on these than my original RCBS tubes.

Q: Primers are sticking and flipping within tube. Are tubes the same size with just different pickup tip?

I bought the small Rifle Primer tubes and I’m reloading small rifle and it is all working out very well double check your sizes

Q: What type of reloader does this fit

I'm using them in a RCBS press, but they should fit any that use primer feeder tubes as long as there is a couple of extra inch for length. They are standard diameter for feeder tubes and come in both Large and Small primers.

yes I believe it works. it'll hold at least 100 primers. thanks for asking
