Can someone tell me how many days it needs to be placed before it can be used?

Our mattresses are packed in compression rolls. After unpacking, it is best to wait for the mattress to expand for 72 hours before using it, which will help improve the durability and comfy of the mattress. However, we understand that sometimes you may need to use the mattress urgently. In this case, we recommend waiting at least 24 hours for the mattress to settle before using it.

Do I need to flip my mattress?

Since our mattresses are designed, you do not have to flip them, you’ll never have to face that backbreaking task. In fact, you should not flip our mattresses—they all have a top side that’s specially designed for sleep. We recommend that the maintenance of the mattress can be achieved by rotating the mattress 180 degrees every 3 months. Best regards

Firm means hard, so is this mattress firm?
