The light is awesome, but the customer service is really bad. I attempted to contact them several times, but wasn't able until Amazon itself connected me to them. Otherwise it'd be a 5 stars

This arrived quickly (2 days ago) and yesterday I made a few tests using the light. It's very quiet, easy to adjust and is an excellent value. Especially useful if you want a relatively small equipment footprint. Weighs a bit more than I expected, but still relatively light. The diffuser is useful, but I may invest in a box diffuser. Haven't tried the app yet because the manual controls are so easy to use.

Experienced stage lighter, but new to photo lighting - these Neewer products are fantastic performers! Affordable, dependable, and full of features stage lights only dream of. I'm blown away.
