Labels came out just as the product said. First quality product that doesn’t wear out. I’ve used it to make material ribbons for church and baby showers. Cartridge is easy to insert and remove . The app is easy to download and use. Many color choices available and the whole box fits in a travel size ziplock bag! The I’ll does not wear off when touched. Items look and feel professional .

Absolutely LOVE this Bluetooth label printer! It’s easy to use, the app required downloads quickly and has many options for pre-formatted labels, or you can create your own from scratch! Many different pictures/emojis to choose from and so many fonts! Highly recommend this! It’s so small and easy to use, I can take it to work, a friends house or just leave in my purse!

The media could not be loaded. I just received this label maker this week, so I haven’t used it much yet, but here’s what I think so far. It’s small, lightweight, and very easy to use thanks to the app. It comes with one roll of label tape included.One thing to note: the label maker does not charge with the included cord, so if you don’t have 6 AAA batteries, you’ll need to plug it into an outlet to use it. The cord provided is short and requires a charging block (not included) to work. Keep in mind that the cord only powers the device; it doesn’t charge it.The app is pretty versatile, allowing you to choose from a variety of fonts and giving you the option to add borders, emojis, and even photos. One feature I really like is that it works well with continuous tape, so you aren’t limited by a fixed width. This makes it more versatile for different labeling needs. Another big benefit is that it’s a thermal label maker, meaning it will never need ink.Overall, for the price, I think it’s a decent buy.

Must read! I bought the P12 but it wouldn’t stay connected. Called customer service first time and that person was not informed and said it was defective. Amazon refunded everything. I ordered it again because I still had the extra tape and thought what are the chances, right? Well it did it again. This time I emailed the company as it was late. I am not kidding when I say I got the greatest customer service rep this time. It sounds crazy, but they were so helpful we have emailed back n forth 30xs! Only because I was so hesitant but they assured me it was the charging block! You MUST USE a 5v-2A charging plug or the stream of power will cause the unit to shut off! So they offered and sent a brand new, upgraded P12Pro which is rechargeable and does not need batteries which I wanted but didn’t know the original P12 was battery operated. I bought the correct charger from Amazon and it works beautifully!!!! And I ran it so long on one charge I used the whole roll of tape! It charges very quickly too! So I had mentioned I was looking at getting colored tape when I told the service agent how thrilled I was with the product and he is sending me free colored tape rolls!!! This customer service just can’t be beat and that’s what matters most when I buy anything! They have been very kind, replied immediately to every email, knew exactly what the problem was and replaced the second unit I was refunded for with an upgraded model at no cost or inconvenience to me! All the while replying instantly to emails with great kindness and patience! I HIGHLY recommend this P12Pro label printer! The app is so user friendly and installed in just a minute! You must connect the device thru the app not your phones Bluetooth or it won’t connect. I couldn’t believe how long one fast charge lasted and my main reason for this printer was having a continuous tape so I could make a label as long as I want! Not all, actually very few have that option! You can trust this company completely! And email them directly with any questions- you’ll be blown away by the knowledge and very kind customer service! I’d leave 100 🌟review if I could!

UPDATE:The seller was so wonderful and quickly arranged to send a replacement. I have never had such a great customer service! The printer works awesome. I love it and I am sure I will be using it a lot! it is a small printer, very handy, so I can carry it anywhere. You can pick a different design from the app. And app is easy to install and use. Very happy with the product.____________________I really wanted to like it, but unfortunately, I have issues with it. More often than not, it just doesn't work. After I design the label, and press "Print" in the app, the printer makes a noise and turns off, giving me error message "Printing failed." I have no idea if my unit is defected, or all units act like this.

Bought this to replace my expensive p-touch with full keyboard which I had for years but rarely used (still on original roll of tape included). This label maker works great, is easy to use, compact, fairly simple software and can be powered with either the included cord or batteries. However, huge drawback is the label fades quickly. I labelled my airpods case (which is never exposed to direct sunlight and only carried in my pockets maybe 20 times total) a few months ago and the ink has faded to the point where you can barely read it. I like to use my labels for things I rarely use so that I can remember what a key was for or cables and this is a huge problem if the ink fades so quickly.
