Worth every penny
Since building my new PC I had only installed a stock cooler to my i5. Under load I was experiencing temperatures close to 80 degrees c. Which of course won't kill my chip but it's not ideal. I was looking for a cheap aftermarket cooler to upgrade to at that point. Read a couple of reviews online regarding this CPU cooler that were quite positive and on the whole I would have to say they were right about this cooler. It's pretty great!Installing it was fairly easy and that's with my motherboard still in my case. Temps now get no higher than 65 degrees under load. The fan is so much quieter than stock and on the whole. Really happy with it.

Good Cooler for a MINI ITX case
Built a mini gaming PC in a Silverstone Raven Z RVZ02B case, I7-6700 and a RX-480 8GB, M.2 256mb NVME drive and a 128GB SSD. Worked fine and fast and I was running on stock Intel cooler....it didn't get too hot, 27 degrees idle the and was at hottest 75 degrees at maybe 75% load....decided to give this a try as i'd seen a few similar setups with one, it was a TIGHT fit but it fits, v v simple to install I didn't even take the motherboard out the case!! Anyway, after install it's maybe 3 degrees cooler on idle and topping out at 62 degrees under the 74% load so 13 degrees cooler....I think it was well worth it. Only issue is the color of the can.... I might change it out if I can find a fan as good and as thin/thinner.

Runnin' Cool n Quiet.
I bought this for a Home theatre PC Build to keep it cool and quiet and it is exactly that. I will post an update after benchmarking with a Intel G3258 Anniversary Edition OC'd as far as possible. On average under moderate load this thing doesn't go over 45*C with idle temperatures around 23 - 27*C Last benchmark I remember after 1hr of Prime95 Max Temp was 56*C with ambient being around 22*C. Please note you will need access to the back of your motherboard and this fits the socket 115X category i.e. 1150 etc. and screws directly onto the motherboard instead of a mounting bracket. PS it is very low profile and doesn't obstruct RAM slots, at least for me anyway.

Great cooler.
Great CPU cooler I didn't like the blue fan so I replaced it with a Noctua NF-A9x14 low profile fan that is 1mm thinner than the Silverstone one so no problems with clearance. I have it on an i7 4790K and I've had to under clock it down to 4GHz because it was getting too hot with this small cooler but its the best cooler I could find with a max height of 58mm. With the i7 running at its stock turbo mode of 4.4GHz it was running at around 70-80 degrees just doing general use. Clocked down to 4GHz idle it runs at between 40-50 and under load its between 60-70 degrees. So its on the very edge of my comfort zone with temps but I'm happy with it. I would recommend it for an i5 or below but probably not for an i7

Good , not for OCing thoguh
This CPU cooler is not for overclocking at all . Otherwise it is good , the 95 WATTs TDP is a stretch . My i7 4770K is a bad overclocker running at 4.2GHZ at 1.2V . on these settings my CPU reached 89C which is hot hot . I needed to down clock to 4.0GHZ at 1.09V , now my CPU tops at 76C , I can live with that .Pros: Small and fits most cases Cheep Not load easy install looks GoodCons: Low performance not made for OCing

when I got it I thought yes great, it looks the part
This is about the AR06, when I got it I thought yes great, it looks the part, I am running a 4570 ITX with the stock fan was touching 65C with the CPU at 100%, so I thought I would get this, fitted it it hit 72c!!!!!!!! just does not make sense the AR06 is bigger lots of pipes that get hot its fits well!!!! unless you want a cooler that looks cool dont bother. Such a shame

This fan is so silent but yet efficient! I bought it for my mini build and it keeps the machine cool - only a couple of degrees higher than my other, which is trice the size!

(passt jeder 92ger, auser be-quiet)

Performance superieure, facile a installer (relativement)
