Arch Support Set, Compression Braces Sleeves, Shoe Cushions Insoles, Forefoot Pads for Flat Feet, Plantar Fasciitis, Relieve Foot Pain for Women and Men

I'm really only using the compression brace sleeves so far, which have a built-in pad. I ordered another one first and it was uncomfortable, so I tried this brand. I was at the beginnings of plantar fasciitis--having had symptoms for only about 2 months. I work from home, so the custom orthotics (which go in shoes) recommended by the doctor didn't make much sense for me. I wear these bands all day now, and felt immediate improvement. After a few days, I don't have heel pain at all. Bonus--a knee problem that I suspected was related to the plantar fasciitis also seems to have resolved.

they each provide a bit of relief for my aching feet a bit at a time. the inserts are not as thick as others but i use them with a plantar facisitis shoe insert as an addition and that works well

My feet do not hurt nearly (almost pain free) as bad since I bought this kit. I wear the arch supporter and heal supporters every shift. Both give great support to my feet regardless of the shoes I wear. I will definitely purchase again when mine is wore out.

I like the concept of an arch right where I need it, but don’t like the bulk of the band and compression of my foot being wrapped.

Maybe it’s just common sense but these don’t come with any directions or best way to use them etc, so really I didn’t know how to use the product.

The Velcro strap supports were not very large at all. And the support pad in them was not thick enough to notice any difference.Have not tried the gel supports yet.They are committed to one shoe, being they are self adesvive.

Not that flexible on the fit, but overall they work great and do what they describe.

These were a little too small.
