Actually impressed. Build quality is actually decent. I bought these as im going to be making Japanese kumiko lamps and the woven cord is a nice touch and the sheen off it is great.

The wire is nice, however the lamp holder won’t come apart to hold a lamp like it says in the description so had to buy an additional holder and swap the wiring

I bought this lamp kit to make myself a DIY wooden table lamp. It is of good quality. I am an electrician and this kit to me is safe and really easy to work with. It also ticks all the boxes with the electrical British Standards regulations. I bought the 2m length kit and the switch is exactly half way (1m) from the plug and the bulb fitting, just to give you a good idea for measurement purposes.

Used on up cycling project, looks period
