WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!! you know when they say “Made in China cheep” this would be the saddest excuse for a Chinese product but even that wouldn’t begin to describe nor explain how truly terrible this product is. I only bought this thing a couple months ago, and I have already had several issues with it. One of which being the motor inside of it has started to go out already and it refuses to remain in the lock position when the batteries are in the battery cradle on the interior, part of the door, but because of how fast it kills batteries, I attempted to run a USB-C cable out through the slot to attempt to get hardware power to the thing just to find out that not only is the place meant horrendous but I later learned after plugging it in that you can’t even use it for that purpose. In fact, I’m not even truly sure what that USB-C port is for the advertisement on Amazon claims that you can hardwire it I guess (don’t quote me on that), I have even tried to sync it with my phone, but the sadly no avail, the app UI, and just the entire general layout of it is a whole Nother story in its own right, and in itself. The installation was not hard just like every other basic deadbolt pretty much it’s just unfortunate that a product like this is so cheaply made, and is falling apart so soon. Not on my recommendation list that is a for sure fact. One of the biggest beefs that I have with it is the fact that the keypad has already started going out so I started using the only other way to use the lock, which is manually with the key. It is terrible to try to find the key for this lock because it blends in with all your other keys, so it gets a mark down for that. Just the lock in general is of bad quality and bad design overall.

I just installed this smart lock and I need to say that the installation was quite easy.I have been using it for a few days and it works great.You can set different codes for different family members and even grant temporary access to guests, which is something I was looking for in case I decide to rent the place.So far I'm quite pleased with the product.

Using since 10/2023. I don’t not not use the app. I tried back this and it didn’t work well. But the lock itself is great. Easy setup, easy code programming. Give well enough time notice on battery life. My dog always jumps up and hits the buttons when she’s ready to come in which is who I bought the product for the flat screen. It’s so scratched and damaged and still works will. Even with the dog “playing” the batteries last a really long time. In over a year I’ve changed them maybe 3 times

Well I saw this lock and did read though some of the reviews. It seemed to look good and I thought I’d give it a go!! Well the listing says works with Alexa! Well it doesn’t!! The app lock and u lock button doesn’t work either. I’m very under whelmed with this and now looking for an alternative!Edited: After leaving my review I didn’t think too much of receiving a response. The seller reached out and helped rectify the situation for me!! Great Customer Service Thank you!

I love this. It is so convenient to me and my children. It stops me from have to make everyone a key or forgetting to look the door when some one leaves. I wish that I can lock and unlock from anywhere on my phone and not just with Bluetooth. Other then that I still gives it a 10/10. Thanks

I purchased this door lock for a family member as a Christmas present, never had any issues until now. It’s 1.5 years later and the lock doesn’t automatically unlock when pressing the button. The door is fine , nothing is blocking , no shifting. You can hear the mechanical piece whirling like it’s trying to unlock but it’s not moving. The lock is in perfect condition on the outside but clearly it’s malfunctioning. The seller response is “ it’s a 12-month free replacement “ so that doesn’t help me at all. Do I suppose to ask for a replacement even if nothing is wrong ? Thats dishonesty in my book , I don’t live to get over on others . The seller will not help, it’s a malfunction, this is one star review due to this . If your looking for a lock that will only last you “TEMPORARILY “ then buy , but if you need a lock to last over a years time , please Beware, this is not it .

Follow Up - The company reached out immediately to make this right. They offer and refund, and I plan to order a replacement from them with the hopes this was just a bad lock.Installation was great, product was great, until it wasn’t. We bought and installed this lock in November and the Bluetooth quit working about a month ago. We now have no way to make changes to the settings, change the code, etc. I reached out to the company and have yet to hear back. When you pay $80 for something it should fully function longer than 5 months.
