Kitchen Academy Induction Cookware Sets - 12 Piece Green Cooking Pan Set, Granite Nonstick Pots and Pans Set

I normally don't write long reviews, but I decided to post a long review for this product because I realize that my decisions to buy or try things are partly based upon reviews I read, so posting a long but honest is warranted. First of all, I'm not a chef or a person who works in the food service industry, so I don't have a biased opinion. I'm a working woman with a busy schedule like many of you who might read this post. I meal prep for the week, and I cook very often, so when I bought another house a few months ago, I decided that this time I wanted functional yet stylish cookware made by the same company that I could use for all occasions and for all my meals. I didn't want to keep collecting pots and pans made by different companies that could be only used to cook certain dishes, so I started searching for cookware that would fit my busy lifestyle and that was stylish yet capable of handling frequent use without rapidly showing signs of wear. I needed durable cookware with other features like non-stick surfaces, sturdy handles, and tops that didn't rust, but I didn't want to spend a fortune for the cookware, and I wasn't interested in waiting weeks to have it shipped to me. I figured a country as big as the U.S. should have at least 1 company somewhere that makes exactly what I need. I found it. I initially bought the 12 piece cookware set from Kitchen Academy, and I got gray because it matched the color scheme in my house. I was very happy when I opened the box and started handling my new cookware. The ceramic has weight to it. It's not flimsy. The handles and the knobs on the pot covers are made with real wood, and they are very sturdy, yet the handles have been sanded down, so the wood is very smooth to the touch. The ceramic is non-stick, scratch resistant, and very easy to clean. It's also stainless so no more disclored pots from cooking heavy sauces. The entire set is sophisticated yet practical, and my only regret is that I didn't know about Kitchen academy sooner. I like my cookware from Kitchen Academy so much that I'm ordering another set so I can have extra pots and pans to cook with for large gatherings during the summer and fall. Kitchen Academy has added real value to my life, and I appreciate them for making cookware that meets the challenge of a busy life.

I've had this for a while now. Wanted to do my review after I used it for some time. I really love this pan set. I have used it on and electric cooktop and in my RV with a gas stove. All seems really good. Then I realized it was induction which opened up another possibility. There is always so little space on an RV stove top so I have a Nuwave induction cook plate I tried it on. It worked great! I was able to utilize the counter space on the cook plate while I used the stove top to cook in smaller pans. Worked out perfect! The only complaint I have about this set is: there is no lid for the largest skillet. Seems to me every skillet should have a lid for grease splatters. I love the gray color . I have had no rust issues and its nonstick surface is really easy to clean. I love this set.

Completely exceeded all expectations. Even the stickiest of mess will come off just by rinsing them. I was a little off putt by the reviews however, if you season these pans correctly, they will be the best pans you’ve ever owned!!!10/10

These pans are the best set I’ve ever bought—and I’ve bought a lot being that I’m a senior! The quality can’t be beat, especially for this price range. Affordable, great quality, ease in cleaning. The heat distribution is awesome—hubby asked what I did differently on the first meal I cooked in them! You won’t regret investing in this set of cookware. Treat them right and they will keep for a long time!

I’ve been using the pans for about 2 weeks. I love the look of them. They work well on my new induction cooktop. Overall, I’m pleased with my limited use. I had an opportunity to use the 5-quart sauce pan yesterday for the first time. As I washed the pot, I felt a spot on the inside wall that I thought was hardened food (boiled pasta), but it was a defect in the metal, a gouge that went through the non-stick coating and into the metal, lifting both. I used only a plastic spaghetti utensil during preparation. It’s too late to return for replacement. Make sure when you receive the set, you use your hands to feel inside and outside the cookware. It doesn’t seem to affect the performance but I’m concerned that with use the coating will begin to detach in that area. Giving a 4 star but will update if the coating begins to fail with use.

My absolute favorite set! The green is soft and sage-y, reminiscent of a charming forest, and the brown is bright and welcoming. Completes that cottage kitchen look, but in a warm fantasy sort of way. Lots of different sizes in pots and pans, functional lids, and a fairly durable coating.They all cook rather evenly, as well! Very easy to keep your meals from burning or charring; I'm quite picky about my cooking products, and these get the A+ from me!

The cookware that I ordered and love except the largest skillet has NO cover. The other smaller skillets have covers. Why doesnt the largest skillet ?? Seems odd. Please check into this matter and let me know. I can’t use my favorite body wash.Thank you, Gayle Carias.

Cooks food evenly. Very easy to clean. True nonstick. Works great on induction cooktop.
