I don't know much about tube's except that I've seen them a heck of alot the last couple of years . I'm 64 and I guess like everyone else , I've been doing , using and eating things that I haven't done before or in quantities that I haven't in the past , in order to make myself feel better and possibly recapture some of my youth and prolong my life just a little . One of those things is riding my bicycle everywhere and a lot . Not only has it done a lot for me physically and mentally but I feel good about doing something for the environment and another bonus is that I pass a heck of a lot of cars stuck in traffic which seems to be getting worse by the minute Somedays I ride more than 50 miles . We'll, when you cover 50 miles a day , 7 days a week and almost 365 days a year , you can't escape getting a flat tire or 2 . I've had my share which is why I've seen more tube's recently than I have in the past, and I have even learned how to change a flat all by myself. I even bought the Slime tackle box so I didn't have to bother anyone . These were the first tube's I've ever purchased and put on by myself and it went very well . I originally was going to purchase them for the price, which I thought was excellent, but the Slime name and reputation drove the deal home . They were delivered almost immediately as promised . They were an excellent product , easy to use and I haven't had even a hint of a problem since they were installed . I got everything they promised and then some. I even received and extremely rare and wonderful bonus with my tube's.... I received an email thanking me for my purchase ! I was completely blown away ! At a time when dealing with a bot , answering multiple choice stock responses that don't match and pulling your hair out while banging your head into a wall for 2 hours just to end up exactly where you started with no end in sight , all in an effort to get a human to help you before your head explodes , is the norm , these people were coming to me offering they're help and telling me that they " would spare no effort to offer " TO OFFER , their help without my now bald head being banged against the wall until I had a concussion , was something I was certain no longer existed . I was almost positive that good customer service had become extinct , and excellent customer service, like sending the email was just a myth that I could tell my grandchildren about , but that they would never believe . So yes , the product is excellent but even better was the customer service . I hope I never have to contact you with a problem but it's just awesome knowing that I won't have to kill myself trying to get your help . I know their are plenty of vendors who sell this product but not everyone is going to go the extra mile . So when given a choice purchase your products thru Hydencamm, it may be the exact same product but you probably won't get customer service that's nearly as good and you might find yourself in a situation where it will definitely matter and if you didn't, you'll wish you had .
