Had this almost an entire year! Absolutely love it. My house is 4000 sq ft and I do not have it hooked into the HVAC system. I have it downstairs set on 45 second intervals with 180 second breaks. The whole house smells fantastic! The oil is a bit pricey so always make sure you get the 500ML bottle, it is a whole lot cheaper that way. I've only had to refill it twice so it is worth the money considering what I was paying for other kinds of plug ins. Programming can be a little tricky but with some patience you'll be just fine. I don't notice the noise at all and it fits nicely on the shelf. I haven't had any problems with it whatsoever. I think the negative reviews on here are wrong. I'm leaving this review as I order two more. One for my parents because they absolutely love the way my house smells and one for the camper so it always smells like home too!!!

Works great. You can connect it directly to the air conditioner if you have access. Watch some videos on youtube how to do it. This why your whole home will smell good. Comes with everything that is needed. Oils are gentle not overwhelming.

THIS IS AN UPDATE FROM A PREVIOUS REVIEW! Magic Scent customer service has responded to my emails. After suggesting I clean and run alcohol through my diffuser for 10 minutes, which I have done several times, with no improvement. Little scent comes out of diffuser and it still leaks at bottom. They now suggest I send it back to them for further evaluation and possible repair per my warranty. The warranty expired 2 months prior. I asked them you are asking me to send it to Magic Scent in Fla. to and from plus at my expense pay for the repairs too? They have not responded after 3 days. This product has poor reliability and customer service. DO NOT PURCHASE THIS DIFFUSER FROM MAGIC SCENT! I purchased this Magic Scent Diffuser Aug' 2024. For the first 9 months it worked great. My condo was filled with the pleasant scent that it was purchased for. Then over the next several months I noticed a steady decline in performance. I clean it on a regular basis. When I reached out to customer service, they suggested a thorough cleaning with alcohol, which had already been performed prior. So I cleaned it again. Now very little scent comes out of this diffuser and it is leaking oil at the bottom. I reached out again to Magic Scent customer service again this time with NO REPLY back from them. I understand it is barely out of warranty, however I expected more out of this product and more from customer service.P

I’ve been searching for the perfect diffuser for a long time, but most of the options out there are outrageously expensive. Then, we found the MagicScent Diffuser Machine, which is not only affordable but absolutely amazing! From the very moment we turned it on, I fell in love. The scents fill the house beautifully, it smells like a luxury hotel! Every guest who comes over comments on how incredible my home smells. I’ve tried a few different scents from this brand, and they never disappoint. The quality is consistent, and the aromas are always delightful. A couple of weeks ago, my machine started malfunctioning after almost a year of use. That’s when I truly fell in love with this company. Their customer service was outstanding, fast, personal, and incredibly helpful. They confirmed my two-year warranty, guided me through mailing it in, and assured me they would either fix it or send me a new machine. I just received my replacement, and everything works perfectly again. The whole experience from the product to the service, was exceptional. I couldn’t recommend the MagicScent Diffuser Machine more. 100% worth it!

I have had problems with other electric diffusers not working after a few weeks, so I spent about over $80 on this one, hoping a more expensive solution would work longer. Pros: This worked better than anything else I've had out of the box with a strong output, and a fantastic motion-activated car mode that just...worked. Low noise, low fuss, the included 20 mls of Santal 33 dupe smells amazing. I was so happy with it for the first two months. Cons: One big, one small. The small one first: A standard USB C-C cord does not work to charge my unit. I've tried it with numerous cords in numerous chargers - nada. But a USB C-A cord in a charger with an A output works fine. Again, I've tried this with numerous cords in numerous chargers. Bizarre. So don't think yours is broken if it doesn't recharge. Hint: a small LED over the USB jack will light amber when charging, green when complete. Big con: like all of the others, this REQUIRES regular maintenance. You will get two, maybe three full charge cycles out of it before it stops working. You will hear the pump motor, but not get anything from the atomizer. Fixing this is NOT simple; I first tried rinsing it out with some alcohol, it still didn't work, and I thought it was yet another broken machine. Nope: it just needs *VERY* thorough cleaning that I describe next. You'll need a bottle of isopropyl alcohol, an empty 20ml fragrance bottle, a 20 ml syringe with small plastic adapter (e.g. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0FSXRSP6L), paper towels, and about 10 minutes. 1) Remove the head unit from the atomizer. 2) Fill up the syringe with alcohol and force at least 20 ml it through the tube of the atomizer. It will leak out of the head unit, so do this over paper towels. 3) Shake the head unit around for a bit to loosen the dried oils on the internal dispersion plate. (If we could only expose this, we could clean it directly in 10 seconds). 4) Refill the syringe and inject about 10 ml of alcohol the "wrong" way through the head unit, into the fragrance outlet hole. Shake the head unit around and allow it to drain into the paper towels. 5) Fill the spare 20 ml fragrance bottle with alcohol, and reassemble the entire diffuser using this as a scent. Run and rerun it for about 2 minutes total. You won't see the alcohol aerosolize like you do the scent oils, and you won't smell much of it, but it is removing the dried oil film from the ultrasonic diffusion plate. 6) Remove and cap the alcohol-filled cleaning bottle so you can use it next time, and reassemble the unit with a fragrance oil bottle. Now it will work fine for another month or two. Once you know what to expect for cleaning, it's the best diffuser I've seen, so 4 stars. Give me one that works for a year between through cleanings and you'll get 5 stars. (Hey, what about one that has a small reservoir for alcohol too, and it regularly spritzes the spray head automatically with a wash?)

Bought in 2024 (not many waterless diffuser at the time)- seemed to function and after a month, noticed that the scent didn't disperse as evenly as it did initially. Noticed leaking from bottle, thought it could've been the oil itself and so cleaned it using standard isopropyl alcohol in it's entirety. Tried with new fragrance and soon after, noticed same issue. Became frustrated with it and didn't use it for months- then tried to use it again, this time I took it apart further and saw dark, pitch black ink build up in nozzle. Contacted support which recommended cleaning, which I did multiple rounds of using 99% isopropyl alcohol (soaked parts and ran an entire bottle to clean system). Tried with new fragrance bottle, seemed to be okay for two weeks and noticed oil leaking from the machine, onto floors and wall. Besides the quality issue, the product interface has an analog scheduling system. Also when it runs, it has a disrupting loud hum and will occasionally make beeping sounds, which isn't the most conducive to a relaxing atmosphere. Lastly, the kiss of death was the substandard customer support. They're inconsistent with responses and even if you're within warranty, you're meant to pay postage for it to be maintenanced and it'll be supposedly reimbursed. Not the standard post-customer support for a single function appliance. Might not be the case for you, but it also peeled the paint off my walls.
