No. You eat it. It’s designed to pass through the gut lining to be directly absorbed by your cells. It’s a pretty advanced supplement.

Does this product have that god awful fish aftertaste that the woman's liposomal one has?

I didn’t get a fish taste but it sure was awful taste. I almost threw up.
