The product does what it says it does. Really easy application, just need to peel off the cover on the back and it can stick to the forehead easily. It’s not too adhesives, so it is easy to remove once the cooling effect has worn off. It really does help relieve the painful headaches/migraines. They’re quite small, so it is easy to store in your bag when you’re on out and about. For what it is priced at, it’s really worth splashing to ease the symptoms.

Awesome product that works very well is a lifesaver when yourself or the little one has a fever that doesn’t wanna go away. price a bit steep but it is well with the product that works

These stay cool for so long I barely use them for my head mostly on the swollen veins in my legs they help so much when my veins are burning

Very easy to use you just peel the back off and stick. I am an adult who uses them when I get hot flushes at night time. They don't stick on the whole night by the morning they usually have come off.

Amazing product. No idea how, but they work. Myself and my son use them a lot and have no issues! Take away my headaches without medication sometimes! They are easy to use, just take off the back and stick to your head. I wake up 9 hours later and although it’s dried out, it’s still clung to my head. Great value for money aswell, a very cheap product! If only it was acceptable to wear these out and about!
