North End Ladies Insulated Jacket

OK i don't ever write reviews but felt i should about this jacket. I am 5: 4" weigh 109. I like my jackets large and layer. I ordered a large which i was not sure if it would be too large after reading some reviews. I LOVE THS JACKET. It is perfect for me. I walk my dogs every morning for an hour so needed a jacket that would be warm.What i like about this jacket is:It is not too large for me.It has the pull strings to tighten around the hips.It has a hood that can be tighten to make it a hat so don't have to wear one. Also can pull in the front of the hood to make it tight around my face.My dogs swim and when returning their toys they are sopping wet which gets water on my sleeves. The material does not absorb the water.It has velcro to tighten the end of the sleeves to fit my wrists. I have had jackets that not enough velcro so the sleeve is loose.It can easily been wiped off when dirt gets on it.All in all, can't brag enough about this jacket.

This jacket is awesome and fits just right to me! Although i do like my jackets to fit a little bigger because i like to layer up in the winter, and this jacket is light enough to just wear it with a shorts sleeve on a cool rainy day or a very very cold day in general. I and 5ft and 138 lbs and i got a Medium and it is still loose but not too loose, at least in my opinion it isn't. It is a great buy considering the original price for this jacket is probably around $69-$70. and This one was only $59. Also there are snap on buttons for the hood for the sides and when you receive that jacket it looks awkward without the buttons on the side of the hood snapped on. The snap is kind of hidden but just look for it along the seam of the collar and you should find it.

Very nice and the cost was under what I would of expected to pay. Keeps me warm and dry. The size is right on. The only thing I don't like is the hood which I took off because it is made big and falls down over my eyes. I'll wear this jacket on the coldest days and it's lightweight .

I got this as a gift for my wife because she had a lot of sporty jackets for running and hiking, but not one that was dressy enough for work. This jacket is still sporty, but it also has a nice enough look that she can wear it with slacks to the office. She said it's warm and comfortable.

I actually had to return this jacket because it was too small for the person I bought it for. The only big size they had was a large I believe and we needed an XL. It came on time and was just what I expected when I ordered it.

The fit is much boxier that the picture appeared. But the main problem I had with the coat is how long the sleeves were. I did order a XXL to accommodate my large rear, but the sleeves were a good 3 inches too long on me. I am 5'6" and don't usually have issues with this. I will be returning this coat and not reordering.

I was heading to Patagonia and needed a jacket that was weatherproof, not too heavy or bulky and that I could layer underneath. I have just returned. I recommend the jacket for anyone heading for that destination ;)(other places too)
