Great Peleton sized Yoga mat, which was what I was looking for. I love everything about it, except that it sticks better to hardwood flooring. On carpet, unfortunately it moves around during workouts. Other than that. It's very good quality, thick, comfortable with cushioning while doing floor workout exercises on all fours. Get value for the price.

I bought this because someone recommended it to me as being wide and also being sticky so that you don’t slide on it. It is durable the thickness Got it for exercise purpose of yoga/mobility/agility and it works great for that. I feel like the Matt quality is really good. The only thing I don’t agree with is that I feel like when I’m doing a downward dog that my my hand slip and my feet slip like it’s smooth so it doesn’t stick where they should or hold still so it I find that it’s not as. Not what I thought it would be like for movement during the exercise.

The mat came with all the additional pieces advertised. It is thick enough and non-slippery to comfortably do any exercises without wearing socks. I do kick-boxing workouts that include jumping, stretching, etc. It is about twice as thick and twice as wide as my regular yoga mat, I store it loosely rolled standing in the closet, and it lays perfectly flat afterwards. One small issue I have is that the color (dark purple) transfers onto my feet and palms on contact. It is easily washed off, but the mat appearance is gradually deteriorating; when I wipe it with white wet paper towel it turns all purple. Not a big deal, I still like the bold color.

Not too thin like my yoga mat but thick enough to do my lying down exercises without being uncomfortable. Large enough to do your floor barbell exercises. One drawback- our cat loves to scratch it so I keep it rolled and tucked away. Great quality.
