Used to replace the filter and seal on my Bialetti espresso coffee pot. Arrived on time. Easy to fit and good quality. Well recommended.

Many people have complained it doesn't work so I thought I'd share what my coffee obsessed italian girlfriend did to make things run smoothly. First make sure you put the filter in the right way round (like a saucer not a hat) and secure with the seal. Then put it on the hob with just water in it. Let it cool and do it again a couple of times. It needs re-training! Then run the water through once before you put coffee in for the first week or so of using it. Don't fill the coffee to the top and don't squash it down. It's very important to put it on a low heat, the lowest you have. If the water evaporates too fast it'll saturate the coffee too fast and you'll never get anything out. You can also rinse the bottom part of your moka under the cold tap mid coffee brewing if it looks like it's not coming through. My moka is now back to working like a tank only without the tiny bits of rubber I got with my old seal. A moka is one of those things that need a little love, care, and attention to work properly (much like knives or cast iron pans). Hope this helps, happy brewing!

It's a repeat order for a reason.

The original gasket had become thin over time to the point where the top and bottom of the pot tightened together and were metal to metal. The new gasket has restored sealing via the gasket. Make sure you get the right size.

Avevo la moka che non funzionava più, a metà uscita incominciava a bollire tutto e il caffè era bruciato. Cambiata guarnizione e fondello tutto tornato perfetto!
