I tried both ways and they were still too salty to eat!

These are dry roasted soy beans, so there may be a bit of oil left. They are VERY crunchy (and VERY dry). They are a good crunchy and salty snack.

Q: Please post the actual Nutrition label. I can do the math myself with total carbs and fiber.
