Decent for a beginner or hobbyist
This set is what it is. Decent, functional, worthy to be branded as Gibraltar stuff. That being said, this is entry level stuff, good enough to sit in a practice space, home studio, or do light gigging. Active musicians would probably want to step up to something for a little more robust. None the less this is a good starting point for the novice, and passable for a seasoned hobbyist.

Always thought Gibraltar was good stuff. Read all the reviews. Looked like a good deal. All of the hardware is light duty at best.... disposable! And no fault of Amazon, but this hardware pack is supposed to come with a boom stand, straight stand, high-hat, snare stand and bass pedal. Package showed up in all Gibraltar packaging. Opened the Box NO BOOM stand!!! Just 2 straight cymbal stands, high-hat ,snare stand, bass pedal! I should have bought the Ludwig 400, or the PDP pack. Both better quality and less money!

Product is ok but everything is made lighter and thinner than the Ludwig Hardware Kit which is more heavy duty and costs less.

Great! looks great!!! Durable as well, just not a big fan of the bass pedal but everything else 👌👌👌 and its good for your money
