Does this fit the 3" X 2" Oval steel tubing?

I haven’t installed it yet but I too have the oval tube, and I bought this because it’s modular and has a universal bracket

What outlet does it connect to we have 3 we have 16ft best eats pool?

I have 3 as well, 2 inlets and one outlet. My best results came from attaching to one inlet and blocking off the other when I want a strong skim, then unblocking for normal use

How big in the connecter tub? I need to get a longer one?

I didn't need a longer one, and I have a very large pool.
