Very happy with customer service and communications.Originally i ordered my lamp and unfortunately it arrived very very cloudy and would not clear. After reading my review the customer service team reached out and apologized for the issues and issued me a new lamp that arrived very quickly and was clear, the correct color and works great. 👍🏽 very happy with my purchase and help from the customer service team.

My son loved this gift!!!! This was so easy to assemble. The size was decent. It works after cutting it on with 10 minutes you can see the lava moving up and down!!! The price was affordable and the quality is fine! The heat level is safe but we still put it out of reach from our son. Definitely a fun gift!

Fun retro item

The media could not be loaded. I am so disappointed in the quality of this lava lamp. I purchased one of these and it arrived broken. The packaging was awful. The lamp was dented and none of these pieces were wrapped. Everything had just been thrown into the box. The base of the lamp bulb was wobbly and barely hanging on wheni pulled it out of the box. I attempted to place it in the lamp hoping it would still work but it did not. When I realized this I went to take the bulb out and the base broke away from the bulb and remained lodged in the lamp.I returned this lamp hoping it was just an outlier and ordered a replacement. It arrived the next day. This lamp was still slightly dented but the other pieces were wrapped up and in good condition. We plugged the lamp in turned it on and waited for it to heat up so my kids could see it work. About 45 minutes later my son brought me over to look at the lamp and some type of spring had broken free inside the glass of the lamp. I returned this one as well and will not be ordering another. Poor packaging and quality control. I wouldn't recommend this product and I will not be ordering from this seller again.

First, I don’t have the socket for it when I got that it blew up because I’m stupid you needed less power than my socket I’m a little afraid of turning it on but they send me a new one and gotta say after I bought the right socket and adapter it looks so good I thought it was just gonna be one chunk floating around because it’s cheap. No.No it looks like floating magma.

The media could not be loaded. I’ve been wanting a lava lamp for SO long but finding a SMALL, ORANGE WAX, BLACK BASE lava lamp was not so easy. Mind you, I wasn’t looking that hard, but when I came across this one I ended up getting two. One for my station at work (I’m a hairstylist) and one for my room at home. I’m incredibly pleased. The bulbs do break insanely easy, I broke the bulb that came with it getting the lamp out of the box. So when I ordered the other lava lamp I ordered two more bulbs, and when I was getting the spare bulbs out of the box they came in, one of them fell and broke also! So you might want to just be sitting at a table or something. Also the sticker does not peel off easily! And it’s on the very front, the cord comes out the other side. I didn’t try to get the residue off with goo gone or anything because I didn’t feel like it/I just put another sticker over it, so I’m sure you could get it off with some elbow grease. Although that probably means they intend for it to stay there lol

My 6 yr old son has been begging for his first lava lamp and I had no clue the bigger, original looking ones were so pricey. I chose this green one for the price and was worried it would be too small but it’s honestly perfect. He loves it so that’s all that matters. The color is very vibrant and works as it should. It does get a little warm, as all lamps do. I think this is the perfect size & price point to teach my son how to care/handle a lava lamp to prepare him for a bigger/more expensive one when he gets a little older.
