The media could not be loaded. Not only was the packaging extremely sloppy, and it looked like it came from a manufacturer that had no respect for its products. I was disappointed when I put it together, I pushed down so hard to squeeze out the excess water. I thought it was broken. It took my husband (who works with lifting heavy machines) to push on the handle bar; it took him several times before it gave. Also, the “rags” that came with are rapidly unraveling. If you do not hook all the corners and middle section into the bottom of the product you cannot ring it out. When you go to wash your walls it sounds like a scraping noise..DO NOT PURCHASE!With everything as is as expensive as it is, I’m going to have to go out and buy something else to wash my floors and walls correctly.

If I had known it was being shipped from China, I would not have ordered it. Badly packaged in torn cardboard. No instructions. The mechanism to squeeze tge water out does not work. I was going to return it, but they would only refund $0.01 and I had to pay for packaging and shipping.

Came with no instructions, and when tried to use it does not stay in place as it turns when you Don't want it to..

I was hoping that this device would work as advertised. But, it did not. The mop head did not retract as shown to extract water from the mop. The mop material was thin and somewhat flimsy, not truly absorbent. The seller only provided one extra mop head refill, not the two shown in the ads. There were no instructions provided either. That said, I did easily assemble the mop. I did contact Amazon to request a return/refund. While the Seller approved the return, they failed to provide a return address (Amazon did provide a return label with barcode, but advised the Seller would provide a return address). I recontacted Amazon and they issued me a full refund. I would NOT recommend purchasing this product.

The moment I starting cleaning with it, it fell apart, waste of money

I was going to return this, but since I was only refunded 1 cent for a $38 purchase I decided to try to use it anyway. Was planning to clean ceilings but worried about water dripping from the mop head.Disappointed.
