The D3 gel caps are perfect, they come in 1000 UI, 2000 UI, 5000 UI; people who live in Washington state along I-5 corridor are vitamin D deficient...I have lived in whatcom County for over 25 years, I know its true. I take a supplement in tje winter and fall tha4 has vitamin D in it, but it's not enough...so I take 2000 or 5000 every day to keep my D levels where they need to be.

Wow -- Strong favor of berries!!! You could smell it from the bottle. So easy to swallow but I dissolve it in my mouth to taste berries. Smack!
