This is a toolbox. It seems to be an okay toolbox. It's not really high quality like a brand name one, and you have to manually remove and reinstall the rails in order for the locking to work. But it seems sturdy enough and is fit for purpose.The bottom drawers don't seem to lock. And the lock is an insecure, cheap wafer lock that is pretty much only a suggestion not to enter. But it should work fine in a personal garage.The big issue I had is mine arrived damaged. The left front rail was bent and the front door was falling off. A couple of whacks with a hammer "fixed" it so I didn't bother returning, but I certainly don't really feel like I got what I paid for. And I didn't pay much to begin with...If you want something sturdy with nice features look elsewhere, but if want a basic toolbox to hold tools, should work.

Item was dented and one insert for drawer was missing. Overall okay for money. Husband kept it but a bit disappointed.
