Bought for Grandson for Christmas. It looks substantial enough for him to play with . He is 3 years old.

A worthy buy
My daughter loves this ,lots of tiny items tho, so be aware if your child is prone to putting things in the mouth.Also be prepared to be spending quite a bit of time to assemble it. Very sturdy after it's done and is a lovely play set.

I have purchased and loved Playmobil's imaginative sets for years (kids AND grandkids!), and the Country Orchard "71380" is really engaging, but the apple tree branches that hold the apples will NOT stay on the tree! There are 3 branches that you push onto the main trunk, but the plastic is molded just a bit too small to stay connected. I made sure it wasn't just me, my son and daughter-in-law both agree that this part of the set is defective. Very disappointed in what is otherwise a fantastic product.
