More than happy with this product

Idk what these reviews are but mine was complete scam didn’t work at all. The touch pad doesn’t work lags and touch screen is completely unresponsive and it shuts down by itself I do not recommend this even if for light use

AT FIRST MY PACKAGE WAS LOST I WAS VERY UPSET CAUSE IT KEEPS SAYING DELIVERED BUT IT DIDNT COME TILL 5 DAYS AFTER THE DATE, AMAZON GUY SAID HE DIDNT LEAVE IT CAUSE OF THE WEATHER WOULD OF BEEN NICE OF HIM TO JUST LEAVE A NOTE I HAD TO DO A POLICE REPORT JUST FOR AMAZON TO TAKE ME SERIOUSLY. UPSIDE I LOVE IT, ITS LIKE A BRAND NEW LAP TOP EVERYTHING WORKS PERFECTLY 🥰

We ordered these devices to for youth volunteers to complete projects, however, upon receipt, the devices that were deemed renewed and should meet standards did not meet the standards at all. When trying to complete set up and visit sites, the device continued to freeze and kept playing music in a looping sound and would not shut off. Even when trying to turn off the noised continued on and we were not able to close out any pages. After several attempts the device finally powered off. I would suggest buying chromebooks that are new and not renewed as this was our 3rd attempt in trying to purchase renewed chromebooks and had to return all of them. I am disappointed as we have never had this problem with technological devices from Amazon. To add insult to injury we have been inconvenienced for 2 weeks in trying to order each new device and still to date we have to try another alternative to get the devices we need for our youth volunteers to be able to complete the tasks they need to finish.

I love hp products, but I don’t know what’s wrong with this damn screen. It’s freaking out! I keeps getting bigger without me touching it, it’s flickering for no reason and I’m tempting to return it. My husband worked for hp and is going to have an old coworker look at it but this screen is driving me crazy

I love how it got here before the expanded date! It’s the best computer I had as I had to get one for school, they didn’t give me one so I had to get my grade 8 laptop myself (grade 11) just couldn’t be happier with this!

Was definitely worried about buying something "renewed" but it was definitely worth the money. I pove it. Went from a laptop that was THICK and over 12 years old to something sleek and new. I love it
