Flimsy Flaps
The mud flaps are very flimsy! The screws strip out easily! You have to punch holes for the screws on the flaps. (a punch and screw driver is provided in the kit.) The screw heads also strip out making installation default. I suggest getting some good screws with large heads or add washers to cover a larger area for the screw head. With the included screws you can literally pull these mud flaps off. Another point as you are driving the flaps are flapping in the wind. I removed them and will be replacing them with heavier rubber or PVC flaps. I don’t recommend these flaps as they are just too flimsy.

Not for my car
Supposedly, everything I'd need to install the mudflaps were packaged within. There was a screwdriver, a hole punch, the mudflaps, and 8 screws. Unfortunately, there were no instructions packaged within, but it wasn't too hard to look some up online and guess the rest. The screws were a little too small for the holes in my car (the threading caught, but it was wiggly), so I had to use my old screws. The hole punch only accommodates the screws the mudflaps come with, not any bigger ones. And the hole punch is best used with a hammer (not included). I'd also recommend using your own phillips-head screwdriver and not the one included. I couldn't get my old screws out using it. My fourth screw (the inner part of the wheel well) is far back in there, and the mud flap is not wide enough to reach it. Because of that, I have 3 screws in a vertical line holding a very flexible piece of pvc, which is not ideal. Overall, it's better than some of the reviews suggested, but I need something that isn't going to flop around.

Hard to line up with the holes in your vehicle to install.
These are made of rubber and we could not get them to line up correctly to install. My dad tried and tried. We can not return because where he had to make several little holes in the mud flap itself.
