Described as open box. Item arrived in original box, & the box had been opened. Item was in pristine condition, all the protection film had been removed, but the phone had never even been switched on... Fantastic phone for the price, as you would expect from a galaxy s series...

All you can possibly ask for a phone. Great battery life, beautiful screen, very impressive cameras, incredibly responsive and a joy to use. I love the S pen, although I'm struggling to find a practical use for it, but it's a nice touch. Build quality is fantastic, it's not the lightest phone out there but it's a nice solid phone in your hands. One month in, I can't fault it.

Faulty phone with mission refund
Front camera didn’t work on set up, becoming a mission to get refund and very poor update from Amazon…!

Guys I have been a fan of Note since note 4 and iPhone since 3gs and BB. And till date I have the latest of all three of them and its difficult for me to say this is better or an iPhone or S23 Ultra or BB Key 2. I use them for specific reasons iPhone is all linked to my personal stuff and Samsung for Business and so is the Key 2. And each of them conveniences me with the features that they have based on. My personal and business needs and only I can understand and benefit out of these as a user. If you wanna know it, just try experimenting and segregating and then you will know. For now I give a 5 star on all aspects for the S23 and S24 Ultra. I purchased one for my mom and me and both are great. Difference in both the Samsung is just the One UI 6.1 interface and the features of those and the additional titanium finish. S24 Ultra is lighter than the S23 but not that I could feel the difference. Feels great. The delivery was slow though taking 6 days, that's all otherwise all great as usual Samsung
