In a different league to the others.
Without a doubt, this is the best polish if you want a good, deep shine. I've used Cherry Blossom, Kiwi, Kiwi Parade Gloss and many others. None can match Saphir. It'll give a good shine quickly, just like the others. It just looks better. None of that grey tint of cheap polish. The big difference is if you bull your shoes. You can very quickly get a mirror finish that's just in a different league to the others. None of the grease of Parade Gloss. It's just a quicker, deeper shine. If you can find it, you can also use the Saphir Mirror Gloss (neutral) to add a little more shine, but there's no need unless you're in the military. Even then, it's not really necessary.

High gloss shine very quickly but…..
The gloss finish that can be obtained using a ‘bulling’ technique is incredible. It is long lived finish compared to a certain other tinned products with antipodean branding. However the polishing has to be done whilst the polish is fairly cold. I put an ice cube in the water I was using to bull. Only then could I get the final finish.

Superb for bulling
This beeswax based polish is brilliant. I can't speak for the brush on, brush off effectiveness since that's not what I bought it for. My boots get Dubbin to keep them clean, shiny and waterproof - another excellent product that makes cleaning really mucky boots after work simple.I bought this for maintaining a good bull with no fuss, day in day out. It works really well. It's soft, almost like butter, and layers up easily. The photo is of the first treatment - it was a baseline bull of Kiwi that'd gotten scuffed up at work today.Five minutes per boot with a wet (not damp, wet) cotton wool ball and all the scuffs were gone, and I had something approximating glass tips. Not parade standard, but definitely fantastic for so little effort and just the tiniest touch of product. A tin of this will last years.Recommended - particularly for those who need to bull boots regularly and to a high standard.

Excellent Product
I really liked this polish. It goes on easily, dries really well and needs only a little buffing to produce an excellent finish. Would highly recommend.
